Honey's Butter Cake Recipe
It's a good sour cream Bundt cake to which I add cinnamon for a unique flavor.

Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 2 cups white sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165 degrees C). A 9-inch Bundt pan should be greased and floured. Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a sifter. Remove from the equation.
- Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing basin until light and creamy. One at a time, add the eggs, beating well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract. Alternately add the flour mixture and sour cream, beating thoroughly after each addition. Half of the batter should be spread into the prepared pan. Combine the cinnamon and 1 cup of sugar in a mixing bowl. The majority of it should be sprinkled over the batter in the pan. Pour the remaining batter into the pan and sprinkle the remaining sugar mixture on top.
- Bake for 60 to 70 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Allow 10 minutes to cool before inverting onto a wire rack to finish cooling.
