Thai Chicken Wings Recipe

This dish was given to me by my mum, and it is delicious! A wonderful spicy appetizer that's both easy and delicious!

Thai Chicken Wings

Servings Per Recipe: 10 Calories: 230.9

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 5 pounds frozen chicken wings
  • ¼ cup finely chopped jalapeno chile peppers
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ¼ cup crushed garlic
  • ¼ cup fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 3 teaspoons paprika

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
  2. Place the chicken wings on a cookie sheet that hasn't been oiled. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a preheated oven, rotating once, until golden brown. Transfer to a serving dish or platter.
  3. Sauté garlic and jalapeño peppers in olive oil until tender in a medium skillet. Combine the chicken broth, fish sauce, paprika, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Allow to thicken with cornstarch. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour over crispy chicken wings. Enjoy!
