Thai Chicken Wings Recipe
This dish was given to me by my mum, and it is delicious! A wonderful spicy appetizer that's both easy and delicious!

Ingredients:
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 5 pounds frozen chicken wings
- ¼ cup finely chopped jalapeno chile peppers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup white sugar
- ¼ cup crushed garlic
- ¼ cup fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3 teaspoons paprika
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit (200 degrees C).
- Place the chicken wings on a cookie sheet that hasn't been oiled. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour in a preheated oven, rotating once, until golden brown. Transfer to a serving dish or platter.
- Sauté garlic and jalapeño peppers in olive oil until tender in a medium skillet. Combine the chicken broth, fish sauce, paprika, and sugar in a large mixing bowl. Allow to thicken with cornstarch. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl and pour over crispy chicken wings. Enjoy!
