Super Orange Chicken Recipe
Chicken with a bright orange zing baked in the oven. Serve over rice with a dish of broccoli cooked to your liking.

Ingredients:
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 4 chicken legs
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
- Combine the orange juice, onion soup mix, poultry spice, and cornstarch in a medium mixing bowl. Set aside after thoroughly mixing everything together. In a 9x13 inch baking dish, place the chicken. Cover with foil after pouring the sauce over the chicken.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), then remove foil and bake for another 15 minutes.
