Screwdriver Cake Recipe
To make a fun, light cake with a kick, combine cake mix, pudding mix, orange juice, and vodka.

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup orange juice
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- ¼ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup vodka
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Bundt pan should be greased and floured.
- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, 3/4 cup orange juice, vodka, oil, and eggs in a large mixing bowl. Pour into Bundt pan after beating till smooth.
- Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan before turning out onto a wire rack to cool completely. Use an orange glaze to finish the project.
- In a medium mixing dish, combine confectioners sugar and 3 tablespoons orange juice.
