Apple Beet Salad Recipe
On Thanksgiving, serve this chilled salad as a light dish.

Ingredients:
- ¾ cup walnuts
- 1 (15 ounce) can diced beets, drained
- 2 apples - peeled, cored and chopped
- ¾ cup creamy salad dressing, e.g. Miracle Whip ™
Directions:
- Combine the beets, apples, walnuts, and salad dressing in a large mixing basin. Before serving, combine all of the ingredients and chill.
