Chinese Cabbage Salad I

Ingredients:

  • 10 ounces cashew pieces
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, crushed
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 1 (16 ounce) package shredded coleslaw mix
  • ¼ cup cider vinegar
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped

Directions:

  1. Toast the crushed noodles and nuts in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven until golden brown.
  2. Combine the coleslaw, green onions, toasted ramen noodles, and cashews in a large mixing bowl.
  3. To make the dressing, combine the sugar, oil, vinegar, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.
