Chinese Cabbage Salad I Recipe
A delectable salad with a wide range of flavors and textures. Salad mixtures from the store are used.

Ingredients:
- 10 ounces cashew pieces
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles, crushed
- ½ cup vegetable oil
- ½ cup white sugar
- 1 (16 ounce) package shredded coleslaw mix
- ¼ cup cider vinegar
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
Directions:
- Toast the crushed noodles and nuts in a preheated 350°F (175°C) oven until golden brown.
- Combine the coleslaw, green onions, toasted ramen noodles, and cashews in a large mixing bowl.
- To make the dressing, combine the sugar, oil, vinegar, and soy sauce in a mixing bowl. Toss the salad with the dressing and serve.
