Pork Chop Casserole I Recipe
This is a delectable one-dish supper. It's filling, filling, and quite simple to make.

Ingredients:
- 2 cups instant rice
- 2 (1 ounce) packages dry onion soup mix
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 6 (3/4 inch) thick pork chops
- 3 cups water
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
- Mix dried onion soup mix and water in a medium mixing basin until completely dissolved. Fill a 10x15 baking dish halfway with the ingredients. Mix in the rice and mushrooms until evenly distributed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Place the pork chops in a single layer on top of the mixture. Push the pork chops into the mixture and make sure they are completely covered.
- Cover baking dish securely with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour at 350°F.
