This is a delicious and light pasta salad with a hint of spiciness. It will keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Ingredients:

  • 1 (16 ounce) package rotini pasta
  • 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 red onion, diced
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup creamy Caesar salad dressing

Directions:

  1. Cook pasta till al dente in a large pot of salted boiling water, then rinse under cold water and drain.
  2. Toss the pasta with the Italian salad dressing, Caesar dressing, Parmesan cheese, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and red onion in a large mixing basin. Serve refrigerated or at room temperature after thoroughly mixing.
