Cake Mix Cookies V Recipe
These cookies are simple to make and quite tasty. The chewy texture is enhanced by the addition of oatmeal and walnuts.

Ingredients:
- ⅔ cup quick cooking oats
- ½ cup butter
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
- ½ cup finely chopped walnuts
- 2 eggs
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) (190 degrees C). Preheat oven to 350°F. Line baking pans with parchment paper.
- Combine butter and eggs in a large mixing bowl and beat until light and frothy. Combine the cake mix, quick oats, and walnuts in a mixing bowl. Make walnut-sized dough balls. Place the cookies on the prepared baking sheet and flatten them gently with the bottom of a buttered and sugared glass.
- In a preheated oven, bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow 5 minutes for the cookies to cool on the baking sheet before moving to a wire rack to cool entirely.
