Cheddar Mushroom Pork Steaks Recipe
Pork steaks with a mushroom and cheddar sauce baked in the oven. Serve over rice with the sauce.

Ingredients:
- 8 thick cut pork steaks
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 (10.75 ounce) cans milk
- 1 tablespoon dried basil
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 (11 ounce) can condensed cheese soup
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
- Combine the mushroom soup, Cheddar cheese soup, and milk in a large mixing basin. Mix until everything is well combined. Add oregano, basil, and salt & pepper to taste to the pork steaks.
- Place the pork steaks in a 9x13 inch baking dish and pour roughly 2 cups of the sauce over them. The remaining sauce should be poured over the steaks.
- Bake for 1 hour, uncovered, at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C), then turn steaks over and bake for another 30 minutes, ensuring sure they're always covered in sauce.
