Easy Pork Chop Casserole

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup mushrooms, diced
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 4 pork chops
  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can water

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
  2. Combine the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, water, and mushrooms in a medium mixing basin.
  3. Brown the pork chops on both sides in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cover the chops with the mushroom soup mixture in a 9x9 inch baking dish.
  4. Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until internal pig temperature reaches 145°F (63 degrees C).
