Easy Pork Chop Casserole Recipe
This dish is both delicious and simple to make. Serve with a side of rice. You can also bake it with potatoes or other vegetables.

Ingredients:
- 1 cup mushrooms, diced
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 4 pork chops
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 1 (10.75 ounce) can water
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
- Combine the mushroom soup, onion soup mix, water, and mushrooms in a medium mixing basin.
- Brown the pork chops on both sides in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cover the chops with the mushroom soup mixture in a 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Preheat oven to 350°F and bake for 1 1/2 hours, or until internal pig temperature reaches 145°F (63 degrees C).
