Quesadillas I Recipe
A cheesy, tasty pre-dinner snack. I prefer to prepare quesadillas without butter, although you might do so before placing the tortilla in the frying pan. Serve with salsa and sour cream.

Ingredients:
- 2 avocados - peeled, pitted and sliced
- 10 (6 inch) corn tortillas
- 2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
- 1 (2 ounce) can sliced black olives
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
Directions:
- Over medium heat, heat a large frying pan or griddle. One tortilla should be placed flat on the frying pan. Flip the tortilla after 1 minute. On the tortilla, spread a little more than 1/4 cup cheese, then top with olives, avocado, and hot pepper sauce. To make a sandwich, place another tortilla on top. Using a lid, cover the quesadilla. Flip the quesadilla after one minute. Remove the quesadilla once the cheese has melted on the interior. Rep with the rest of the ingredients.
- Serve the quesadillas cut into triangles.
