Garden Veggie Pizza Squares Recipe

In my house, this is a must-have appetizer for any occasion. It was given to me by a friend years ago, and everyone enjoys it. Perfect for holiday get-togethers.

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fresh broccoli, chopped
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated crescent rolls
  • ½ cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 2 carrots, finely chopped
  • ½ cup chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 (1 ounce) package Ranch-style dressing mix

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C).
  2. On a large non-stick baking sheet, roll out crescent rolls. On the baking sheet, stretch and flatten to make a single rectangular shape. In a preheated oven, bake for 11 to 13 minutes, or until golden brown. Allow time for cooling.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, place the cream cheese. Combine cream cheese and 1/2 of the ranch dressing mix in a mixing bowl. To taste, adjust the amount of dressing mix. Cover the chilled crust with the mixture. Carrots, red bell pepper, broccoli, and green onions should be arranged on top. Allow 1 hour in the refrigerator to chill. To serve, cut into bite-size squares.
