Disappearing Marshmallow Brownies

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups miniature marshmallows
  • 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • ⅔ cup packed brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ½ cup butter

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C). Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
  2. Melt the butterscotch chips and butter together in a microwave-safe bowl in the microwave, stirring regularly, until smooth. Allow to cool before serving.
  3. Combine the brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla in a large mixing basin. In a large mixing bowl, combine the melted butterscotch chips, flour, baking powder, and salt until smooth. Last but not least, add the marshmallows and chocolate chips. In the prepared baking pan, spread the batter evenly.
  4. In a preheated oven, bake for 15 to 20 minutes. Allow to cool before cutting into squares.
