Grilled Stuffed Portobello Mushrooms Recipe

Ingredients:
- ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 portobello mushroom caps
- ¼ teaspoon onion powder
- ½ cup finely chopped red bell pepper
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
Directions:
- Preheat the grill to medium.
- Combine the red bell pepper, garlic, oil, onion powder, salt, and ground black pepper in a large mixing bowl. Cover the gill side of the mushroom caps with the mixture.
- Grease the grill grate lightly. Cover and cook mushrooms for 15 to 20 minutes over indirect heat.
