Easy Fettucine Alfredo Recipe
A low-calorie, fast, and tasty Alfredo sauce that the whole family will enjoy! Fresh basil and grated Parmesan cheese are optional garnishes.

Ingredients:
- ⅓ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 8 ounces dry fettuccine pasta
- ½ teaspoon dried basil
- 1 pinch ground black pepper
- 1 cup evaporated skim milk
- 1 ½ lemons, juiced
Directions:
- Cook the pasta as directed on the packet. Drain and return to the pan right away. Toss in the olive oil to coat. Combine the evaporated milk, 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, dried basil, lemon juice, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Cook, stirring regularly, over medium-high heat until bubbling. Add more Parmesan cheese and fresh basil on top.
