Sour Cream Pound Cake Recipe
I obtained the recipe from a great-aunt over 40 years ago, and it's much superior than the regular pound cake.

Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup butter
- 1 pinch baking soda
- ½ cup sour cream
- 3 eggs
- 1 ½ cups white sugar
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit (190 degrees C). A 8x4 inch loaf pan should be greased and floured.
- Cream the butter and sugar together in a large mixing basin until light and creamy. Combine the sour cream and eggs in a mixing bowl.
- Mix in the flour and a pinch of baking soda. Fill an 8x4 inch loaf pan halfway with batter.
- Bake for 1 hour at 375°F (190°C), or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean.
