Unique Spinach Noodles Recipe
These green spinach noodles have a unique texture and flavor, and because they're homemade, they taste even better than store-bought noodles. Serve alone or in soups; either way, they're delicious. This is a simple recipe that will earn you a lot of accolades because you created it yourself.

Ingredients:
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 ¼ cups torn spinach leaves
- 1 ¼ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
Directions:
- In a saucepan, combine spinach and water. Cook, covered, until the spinach is very soft. Allow to cool slightly.
- In a blender container, combine the spinach and liquid. Add the egg and the salt. Blend until smooth, covered. Place in a mixing basin. To form a stiff dough, add enough flour.
