Yum Recipe
Cookies with chocolate and peanut butter chips that are golden brown and velvety. You can also use white chocolate chips if you choose.

Ingredients:
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 ¼ cups packed brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 ¼ cups white sugar
- 1 cup peanut butter chips
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 ½ cups butter, softened
- 1 egg
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees C).
- Cream the butter, brown sugar, and white sugar together in a large mixing basin until light and fluffy. After the egg has been added, whisk in the vanilla extract. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt in a mixing bowl and gradually fold them into the creamed mixture. Add the chocolate and peanut butter chips last. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet that hasn't been prepped.
- In a preheated oven, bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Allow 5 minutes for cookies to cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack to cool entirely.
