Marinated Pork Roast Recipe
This is an excellent marinade for any type of meat. It's very good on pig roasts, but it's also good on chicken and ribs.

Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons honey
- ½ teaspoon mustard seed
- ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon celery salt
- 1 (4 pound) pork roast
Directions:
- Make sure the grill is set to indirect heat.
- Combine the Worcestershire sauce, honey, vinegar, mustard seed, mustard powder, lemon pepper, celery salt, and garlic in a large resealable plastic bag; seal, and mix ingredients. Place the roast in a plastic bag, press out the air, and seal the bag. Marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator, turning the roast every now and then to ensure even coating.
- Grease the grill grate lightly. Place the roast on the grill and toss out the marinade. Cook for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F, covered (63 degrees C).
